Who we are

Lizaz. We sell the products listed on this shop ourselves.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to open an account.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
• Give a correct phone number and address so we can deliver and reach you.

Prices and orders

• Prices are in Indian rupees, include GST and are never above the printed MRP.
• The total shown before you pay — items, delivery and any discount — is what you pay. There are no hidden charges.
• Product photos are for guidance; packs may look slightly different. Weights of loose items can vary a little and you pay for the actual weight.
• If an item runs out after you order, or a price was shown wrongly, we tell you and do not charge for it. We may cancel an order that looks like a mistake or misuse; any money paid is refunded.
• Coupons and offers have their own conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Business accounts

Business prices and paying on credit are for approved business buyers only. Credit must be paid by the agreed date. We may change or end a business account with notice.

Fair use

Do not misuse the shop — for example by placing fake orders, reselling coupons, or trying to break into accounts or systems. We may suspend accounts that do.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for the products we sell and for delivering what you ordered. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes or network outages. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Complaints, law and courts

Contact our Grievance Officer first. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts where our registered office is located have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.
